Summary

The Infrastructure Department is responsible for ensuring that all infrastructure being used actively across the naval base is maintained in a Safe-to-Operate status within the overall base design boundary and then optimised to enable the assigned Force Generation Plan for ships based in Portsmouth, Personnel Support facilities and agreed Lodger Unit outputs

This role actively leads the culture of data and management information (MI) as a source of knowledge and insights that drives the improvement and decision making across the Infrastructure Function.

The successful candidate will provide assurance and score the monthly industry partner performance in FMSP. Gather evidence to support the chosen scores. Become an subject matter expert on the contractual requirements of their service and promote contractual awareness across the infra team.

Support and assist assurance of lot-wide continuous improvement opportunities and acting with similar function for other contracted lots and link assurance and coherency across other lots. They will work closely with the Hard FM manager and work alongside Finance and Commercial officers within Lot 5. While embodying the One Team Portsmouth values of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
