Summary

We are seeking an analytical and detail-orientated Data Analyst to support Integrated Portfolio Planning and strategic decision making for the Devonport site enterprise. This role will involve working with multiple key stakeholders across Ministry of Defence (MOD) and Industrial Partners.

Duties of the role include but are not limited to:

analysis of integrated portfolio planning and requirements data for the Devonport site enterprise, using evidence-based approaches to develop and maintain the Portfolio Directorate artefacts that inform decision-making (including the One Devonport Blueprint, Stakeholder Communication Plan, Establishment Management Plan (EMP) and associated working groups).
coordinating and facilitating the Portfolio Directorate Battle Rhythm and key meeting engagements, ensuring that governance, reporting, and management processes run efficiently.
supporting and contributing to senior stakeholder workshops (MOD and Industry Partners) by preparing high-quality briefing papers to aid the delivery of transformation and change programmes.
facilitating stakeholder engagement by maintaining and following through with the stakeholder and communications plans, ensuring effective collaboration across the Devonport enterprise.
capturing and documenting Learning from Experience lessons, ensuring that best practices are identified, recorded, and shared across relevant teams.
assisting in maintaining the integrity and coherence of data used for strategic decision-making, ensuring accuracy and consistency across portfolio artefacts.
providing line management for 1 AO.
