SALARY: Grade 13 Pt 9 - £26,409 per annum pro rataACTUAL SALARY: £10,720HOURS OF WORK: 18hrs per week, Term Time OnlySTART DATE: 1st September 2025Hugh Sexey Church of England Middle School seeks to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative cover supervisor to join our successful team to inspire and challenge all pupils at Hugh Sexey Church of England Middle School. This role would be ideal for a highly organized, flexible and resilient person who can challenge and support learners in a range of skills and be able to adapt and deliver the plans of a wide range of subjects.
Candidates will need to demonstrate:
Ability to supervise whole classes and deliver pre-planned learning activities in the absence of teaching staff
Committed to supporting pupils.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
Effective ICT skills
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to motivate and to support learningPrevious experience of working with young people is desirable.
