What You'll Do Each Day
- Lead & develop your team with on-the-job training, motivation, and clear performance feedback.
- Plan production workflows, assigning tasks to meet daily targets and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor quality control, spot issues early, and implement corrective measures.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly-identify root causes and implement fixes to keep operations moving.
- Drive continuous improvement, through lean initiatives like 5S and Kaizen.
- Ensure safety & cleanliness, keeping the production floor compliant with all regulations.
- Manage stock & kit assembly, ensuring materials are ready and machinery is maintained.
- Record key data, produce daily logs and reports, and keep technical files accurate.
- Build a positive culture, fostering team morale and a 'we're in this together' mindset.
About You
- You've supervised a production or manufacturing team, preferably in a similar environment.
- You're a confident communicator and problem solver, with leadership presence.
- Experience with lean methodologies-5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma-is a real advantage.
- You're organized, detail-focused, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
- You're proficient in MS Office, and comfortable navigating ERP or production systems.
- You're self-driven, adaptable, and thrive under pressure.
