Summary
Job Description:
Become a Virtual Battlefield Simulation (VBS) expert within Joint Fires Section.
Support courses with simulator operation, expertise and knowledge, and role playing of Joint Fires procedures.
Manage the day-to-day servicing and maintenance of the simulation system.
Provide management and maintenance of the suite of simulators in use.
Be thoroughly conversant in all Joint Fires principles and procedures.
Continue to develop in service simulation systems and explore ways of improving them.
Manage, prepare and produce new scenarios to facilitate training at the Royal School of Artillery.
Ensure the simulator classrooms are properly equipped and established ready for training delivery.
Owing to the nature of this role there is a risk that you will potentially see offensive and distressing material whilst conducting your daily activities. Support is available to manage exposure to this material and support individual mental wellbeing.
