Summary
Are you looking for a new challenge? Are you motivated and consistently deliver excellent standards of patient care? If the answer to both of these questions is yes, we would love to hear from you.
The Women’s Health Unit is a complex in- patient and out-patient/ day case service for gynaecology patients and is open 7am – 10pm, 7 days a week. The post holder will be expected to work a range of shifts Monday to Friday, including Bank Holidays.
A variety of treatments and procedures are undertaken, including the medical and surgical management of miscarriages and termination of pregnancies.
Applicants must be currently working in a health care setting (or have experience within the past 12 months) and be able to work under their own initiative and as part of the multi-professional team. Experience of caring for patients receiving gynaecology care would be advantageous, but not essential as a full induction period and subsequent support will be in place. Experience of working within both in-patient and out-patient services would also be an advantage.
