The role – Resident Liaison Officer (RLO)

We’re looking for a committed and motivated individual to work with and support the damp and mould manager in delivering a high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be proactive and highly organised to help deliver property damp and mould services in a way that is customer focused and achieves value for money. This is a great opportunity for applicants to take ownership of specific projects which support the wider organisation

You will

• Maintain and develop residents related activities including close working relationships with all external stakeholders

• Assist in delivering excellent customer service

• Ensure that all supporting documentation is completed accurately and in good time.

• To promote and deliver a high standard of customer care for all residents

• Be responsible for auditing and collating accurate data, producing high-quality documentation primarily for legislative, contractual, and 'Good Industry Practice' in order to achieve compliance

What you’ll need

We’re looking for someone who has:

Can demonstrate experience of managing the delivery of contractor services in residential properties.
Is experienced in setting up and maintaining successful partnerships with third parties.
Has experience and skills in managing customer and client/stakeholder relationships to ensure a high level of customer care and satisfaction.
Can demonstrate a track record in delivering high performance and outcomes.
