Summary
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Officer. This is a work trial opportunity designed to assess suitability for the role before a 14-week contract is offered.
The successful candidate will assist in marketing and sales activities within the RM1 - RM20 areas, particularly emphasising RM11, RM12, RM14, and RM16 2.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute sales and marketing tasks as outlined in company manuals and intranet.
• Conduct local marketing activities to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
• Distribute up to 10,000 leaflets within the target territory.
• Arrange advertisements in community magazines for at least six months.
• Attend local business networking events once a month to build connections.
• Place and regularly refresh leaflets and business cards in local businesses and high-footfall areas.
• Attend four local events to engage with the community and collect data.
• Join and actively participate in local online forums to promote the business.
• Set up and manage the company profile on Nextdoor App, ensuring visibility within the local community.
• Establish partnerships with local businesses for cross-promotions and social media engagement.
• Grow the company’s Facebook page to at least 350 followers.
• Post a minimum of three times per week on the company’s Facebook page.
• Share relevant local news and updates weekly on Facebook and Google My Business
• Join 40 Facebook Groups and post relevant content weekly.
• Write and publish weekly blogs and news updates across blog sites, the company website, and social media.
• Encourage and collect new customer reviews monthly on Google, Trustist, and Facebook.
