We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven Marketing Executive. You’ll help bring our brand to life through a varied and rewarding mix of campaign work, content creation, and storytelling. This role plays a vital part in supporting our existing homes through brand-building and meaningful engagement with care seekers, helping to sustain strong occupancy levels. It also supports the launch of our growing pipeline of new homes set to open in the coming years

Job Description

You’ll work closely with our Director of Sales and Marketing, collaborating on strategy, brand development, and campaign execution. You’ll be part of a small, in-house marketing team, working alongside a supportive and experienced senior lead with access to trusted external specialists where needed. You’ll also liaise with external agencies and suppliers and spend regular time in our homes to uncover and share the remarkable stories of our residents and team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning care provider during an exciting period of growth, playing a key role in our day-to-day marketing delivery while helping shape and evolve our brand.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our small and collaborative marketing function, you’ll support the delivery of campaigns and content across a range of channels. While you may take the lead in some areas, in others you’ll contribute ideas, support process, or work alongside our Director of Sales and Marketing and trusted external partners in executing campaigns.

Collaborating closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing on strategy and brand development
Creating beautiful marketing materials such as brochures, artwork, social media graphics, digital assets, and branded collateral
Managing social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance reporting
Writing blogs, thought leadership, press releases, award entries, and newsletters
Scaling and executing e-marketing campaigns via Mailchimp
Supporting website content development and SEO strategies
Visiting care homes weekly to uncover and share the incredible stories of our residents and team
Supporting with relationships with our digital agency, external suppliers, and local press contacts
Using AI tools and analytics platforms to support market research and content creation
Supporting with campaign performance reporting to inform future delivery and continuous improvement
Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
Skills, Qualifications & Experience

1–3 years’ experience in a marketing role
A qualification in marketing, brand, communications or a related field
Membership of the Chartered Institute of Marketing or equivalent body (desirable)
Experience working in social care, healthcare, education, hospitality or other luxury B2C service sectors
Proficiency with tools including; Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, Meta Business Suite and AI tools
Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset
Able to travel to our care homes (full UK driving licence essential)
A team player with a kind, creative and can-do attitude
Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and engagement across a range of stakeholders.
High levels of personal integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and confident in using CRM systems and digital tools to support sales and marketing activity.
