HR&OD – Shaping our Vision and Workforce

Join our dynamic Strategic HR Case Advisory Team as a HR Assistant and play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of HR&OD functions.

Our HR case management teams provide expert HR advice to managers and schools, proactively resolving employee relations issues by interpreting employment law and internal policies, procedures and guidance.

In this key role, you will advise managers, headteachers and governors on various HR issues and will serve as the first point of contact for HR&OD advisory team. You will be responsible for managing the HR Advisory inboxes, using initiative to solve queries or escalate them as needed. You will coordinate team meetings, including scheduling, inviting attendees, preparing agendas and taking minutes.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a CIPD Level 3 qualification or relevant experience who thrives under pressure and is eager to learn. Our Ideal candidate will have strong organisational and planning skills, along with experience in administration support or customer service.
