We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Assistant / Administrator. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our online retail business, ensuring smooth functionality across various digital platforms.
No prior experience is required—just a strong willingness to learn, a proactive approach, and an interest in technology. If you're detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Upload and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure product descriptions are accurate, engaging, and up to date.
• Maintain product catalogs, including pricing, images, and inventory updates.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
• Assist customers with orders, payments, returns, and shipping queries.
• Provide helpful product recommendations and support.
• Assist with general administrative tasks related to e-commerce.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic work environment.

• An eye for detail and the ability to enhance product descriptions and listings in a clear and engaging way
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
