We’re looking for someone with the skills to further develop our work experience programme and organise placement opportunities across our organisation. We’re seeking a passionate and motived individual who will ensure high quality work placement opportunities are offered and accessed.
This role will be tasked with coordinating all things relating to work placements.
Your responsibilities will include
- Establishing a streamlined process for work experience across the Council
- Leading on projects relating to work experience and other placement opportunities
- Designing and delivering creative guidance and training courses to support the learning experience of those undertaking placements
- Proactively evaluating and reviewing the process and making recommendations that enable us to enhance our offer
