Summary
Job Summary
Supply chain management
Management of hired and owned plant
Cost reporting
Inputting and management of data – proof of delivery tickets and invoices
Management of company materials and fuel orders
Responsibilities
• Supplier management, including finding new suppliers, Onboarding &PQQ
• Order number management, issuing orders to site teams and site managers
• Purchase order spreadsheet updating and maintain. Cost reporting to commercial
• Fuel card usage reporting by contract
• Hiring and off hiring of plant and equipment
• Maintaining stock material items, including PPE and small tools
• Keep track of owned plant allocation, ensure all are kept serviced and calibrated
• Arrange repairs and dispute any damage costs.
Job Requirements
Experience in the construction industry
Experience working with suppliers and knowledge of construction materials
Experience and understanding of industry plant and equipment
Experience with cost management and reporting
IT Skills in Excel, Word and other procurement systems
