Summary

Acorn is searching for an experienced Construction Site Manager for a year long freelance contract on a major South Wales construction project.

This exciting opportunity will mean working on one of the regions largest commercial developments.

The Role:-

We are seeking a Site Manager with tier one experience who has worked with some of the larger contractors in the region or nationally.

Main duties will be to manage the internals packages, ensuring that high end finishes are delivered throughout the build.

We are seeking an individual that can demonstrate competence and experience working alongside multiple internals contractors, communicating well, alleviating issues and ensuring quality and safety are maintained whilst keeping to programme.

The role is perfect for someone interested in a freelance position running through the whole of 2025.

Requirements

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • Knowledge of technical detail required from internal/finishing trades (potentially comes from a trade background)
  • Strong H&S focus
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder.

Ideally we are searching for candidates that can be available within the next 2-4 weeks.
