Job title: ServiceNow Administrator

This role involves administering, configuring, and enhancing the ServiceNow Platform, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules. Key tasks include managing workflows, user access, integrations, and platform security, as well as troubleshooting and optimizing system performance. Key Responsibilities:

Configure, maintain, and enhance the ServiceNow Platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

Administer and support ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Manage and configure the ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database) to ensure accurate asset and configuration data.

Implement and support ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Service Catalog solutions.

Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITBM, SecOps, and other modules as required.

Set up and manage ServiceNow User and Group Management, including roles, permissions, and Access Control.

Develop and maintain workflows using ServiceNow Workflow and Flow Designer to automate business processes.

Configure forms, fields, and user interfaces using UI Policies and UI Actions for an intuitive user experience.

Manage and configure ServiceNow MID Server for integrations with external systems.

Use ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to validate configurations and ensure platform quality.

Perform Scoped Applications configuration and customization to meet unique business requirements.

Handle LDAP and SSO integrations to streamline user authentication and enhance security.

Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal functionality.

Document platform configurations, workflows, and administrative procedures for reference and compliance.



Required skills and experience:

Proficiency in ServiceNow Platform administration, including Instance Configuration and module management.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, and CMDB.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Workflow and Flow Designer for process automation.

Expertise in User and Group Management, Access Control, and platform security best practices.

Experience with JSON/XML, ServiceNow Form and Field Configuration, and UI customization.

Ability to configure and maintain MID Server for integrations.

Familiarity with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure system quality.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders and technical teams.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certifications.

Experience with ServiceNow ITBM, SecOps, and Scoped Applications.

Knowledge of Agile practices and development methodologies.

Familiarity with performance monitoring and optimization for ServiceNow instances.
