Summary
JOB TITLE Business Development Admin
BRANCH; Midlands (Derby)
WAGES: £11.45 phr
HOURS OF DUTY; Part time not exceeding 16 Hours per week,
Hours and pay subject to review based on performance
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1. A minimum of 2yrs experience in similar position within any of the following recruitment industry (Health Care, Warehouse, Cleaning, security and Transport)
2. Experience in Tender writing and processes
3. Knowledge of using and working with vending platforms
4. Must have good telephone command and be fluent in English Language, both written and spoken
5. Must poses excellent I.T skills, (MS Word, MS Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook and one drive)
6. Must have Ability to meet deadlines, take initiative, and make sound judgments.
7. Must have a valid UK drivers license
8. Must have Tact and excellent interpersonal/communications skills and techniques
ACCOUNTABLE TO: Appointed Admin Staff
JOB SUMMARY: Under the general direction of Director or named administrator, is responsible for developing new business to the company
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Planning, overseeing & Securing Part time employment business from
a. Health industry,
b. academic sector,
c. Transport
d. Factories
2. Searching organizations and individual to find new opportunities
3. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
4. Developing and maintain client’s data
