Summary

Chelmsford Theatre is dedicated to delivering incredible visitor experiences with an ambitious programme and a focus on the community, putting the customer at its heart.

We are looking to recruit Casuals Hosts to work in a highly focussed team, responsible for delivering a unique red carpet experience for all visitors to Chelmsford Theatre’s venues and events.

The successful applicants will thrive in a creative environment and have the ability to adapt to the many demands of a busy theatre. Casual Hosts are important in ensuring performances run smoothly, paying particular attention to the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of visitors.

This varied role involves welcoming customers into the theatre, assisting with their varying needs, supporting the purchase of tickets, merchandise and serving refreshments.

The successful applicant will be required to work evenings, bank holidays and the Christmas and New Year period; applicants must be flexible and reliable. This role is offered on a casual basis.
