Job Summary
This role supports the management team in Commercial Training in the performance of their duties particularly with coordinating communications within the team, key performance indicators, capturing data to support audits, and resolving administrative issues with the relevant departments related to the effective operation of the team (such as issues related to venues). These tasks need to be completed whilst also providing administrative support to Training Team Managers and assisting the team as a whole to operate smoothly and consistently in terms of administration.
About You
5 GCSEs or equivalent (Grade C) including Maths & English, Proven experience of effective administrative support to a team, Operational expertise in the use of technology, in particular Microsoft® applications, Excellent written communication skills, Excellent organisation skills.
About the Role
Support the National Head of Commercial Training, Regional Training Managers and Training Team Managers by providing all relevant administrative support to them in the performance of their duties
Support the Commercial Training management team, providing administrative support to meet income and performance targets through all aspects of their duties. Act as a point of contact for training and for administrative/coordination issues within the team
Assist in the coordination/administration of processes across Commercial Training segmented into Regions and Areas, including:
- Collection of KPI data and produce reports on team deliverables and responsibilities, including expenditure, delegate feedback reports, training information and tracking business case performance. Ensure information is effectively retained and available for reference, by management and for assurance by auditors and regulators
Support the Commercial Training Employee Forum to operate effectively and write content and distribute to the regular communications cycle across Commercial Training and the wider organisation
Support National Training Meetings
Be a point of contact for training and for administrative/coordination issues within the team
Monitor and produce reports on team deliverables and responsibilities, including expenditure, delegate feedback reports and training information and ensure relevant information is effectively retained and available for people to reference, including auditors
