We're looking for someone broadly familiar with technology and technical support to join our busy Deskside team, dealing with service calls relating to IT devices and applications, as well as getting involved with designing, creating, supporting & improving new and existing deskside-related infrastructure services, products and platforms.

You don't need in depth expertise, but an understanding of information security and security controls is important, as is fundamental technical understanding. Beyond that, we're looking for good problem solving skills and the ability to take ownership of a problem and see it through to it's solution.
