Summary
Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment have partnered with a leading UK-based recycling company, who are currently looking for a skilled 360 Excavator Driver to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company working in a key industry for sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a 360 excavator safely and efficiently on a busy recycling site
• Transport and load/unload materials for processing in the recycling facility
• Assist with site preparation and ensure materials are moved as needed
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on the excavator and report any issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all health and safety guidelines
• Work collaboratively with other site operatives to ensure timely task completion
Requirements:
• Valid CPCS/NPORS 360 Excavator Operator ticket is essential
• Proven experience operating a 360 excavator, ideally in a recycling or construction setting
• Excellent attention to safety and operational procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the role
• A proactive, reliable attitude with a focus on achieving team goal
Benefits:
• Competitive pay rate of £14.11 per hour
• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:00 with weekends off

• Overtime available - time and a half after 40 hours basic completed/ Saturdays & double time on Sundays
