Summary

Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Paralegal (Commercial Property) to join a growing law firm based in Northampton.

Skills and Experience:

• The ideal applicant will have a minimum of one year's experience working in a busy residential conveyancing property department
• Proficient IT skills in MS Office
• A good working knowledge of using case management systems
• Excellent communication skills both writtem and verbal
• Team player with strong organisational skills

The Role:

• You will be supporting the team leader in dealing with initial paperwork and issuing draft contracts
• Ordering and checking routine property searches
• Setting up matters for completion
• Potentially managing your own caseload
• Dealing directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
• General administration

Monday to Friday role 9 am -5 pm
