This post is full time (35 hours per week) and open ended (permanent).

This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing Examinations Team at the University of Glasgow at a pivotal time. As the assessment landscape changes, and assessment innovations are piloted and implemented, the successful postholder will have a unique chance to play a valued role in delivering institutional-wide improvements. If you’re keen to make your mark on flagship projects, gain experience as part of a core central service and play your part in a key student experience activity – this is the role for you.

As an Exams Administrator you will work as part of a team to support the smooth and efficient running of University of Glasgow examinations. You will play an important part in coordinating exam activities, providing excellent customer service to students and staff, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to continuous process improvement. As a valued member of the team, your focus will be on ensuring positive student experiences and effective operations both on and off campus.
