Our Commissioning Service is responsible for developing a strategic approach to commissioning accommodation and community-based support for children, young people and adults in Wiltshire. With a focus on a "whole-life pathway," the service is dedicated to supporting Wiltshire residents continuously throughout their lives.

As a Commissioning Insight Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering strategic and operational analysis, interpretation, and insights to support the objectives of the services strategy. Acting as the lead data expert, you will oversee the analysis and development of the information. Your responsibilities will include supporting the development of a commissioning insight strategy and data framework as well as designing and generating reports to meet statutory requirements.

Our ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience in information management and analysis. You will need to demonstrate proficiency with BI technologies, such as Power BI, SSRS, and SSAS, alongside a strong understanding of SQL queries. Experience in working with Social Care data sets and information recording combined with experience in delivering strategic value through data analysis and insights will be essential.
