Summary

Key Responsibilities: Lead the Service Support team, ensuring smooth delivery of support across HR, Finance, and Quality Assurance. Drive process improvements and operational efficiency to align with organisational goals. Oversee payroll operations, with a view to bringing this service in-house by 2025. Manage and motivate a team of four coordinators, conducting appraisals and providing cover as needed. Act as the escalation point for complex service issues and ensure effective resolution. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, supporting policy reviews and risk management. Prepare performance reports and contribute to monthly management information packs.
