Summary
Excellent new role within a global firm in Professional Services.
I'm looking for candidates with a strong background in Business Applications Management - ideally with users > 2000, as you will be overseeing the UK Digital Applications and Workplace Infrastructure for my client.
A Technical Infrastructure background is required for management of escalations, and third-party vendor management.
A generalist mindset, well-versed in a wide range of technologies including Azure Cloud, Power Applications, CRM platforms (D365), with strong Service Management principles.
Strong experience in Modern Workplace environments (Google/Microsoft).
Strong experience of IT Governance.
Experience working within ITIL frameworks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
