Summary

Our Lindum Plant division is one of the county’s leading specialists providing a one-stop shop for plant and small tool hire as well as maintenance, repairs, servicing, and MOT testing for a diverse range of vehicles and equipment, from cars and vans to LGVs and plant machinery.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced multiskilled Mechanic to join our dedicated team in Lincoln.

We are looking for candidates with sound technical knowledge and experience with either car/light vehicle maintenance and repair including fault diagnosis, MOT preparation and safety inspection. A full driving licence is essential. MOT testing qualification would also be an advantage, although not essential. An industry-recognised qualification such as NVQ Level 3 in Light or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent) is preferred, although not essential.

The role is full-time (basic hours are 7.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday) plus overtime as required. You will also cover the weekend rota and out-of-hours call out rota.
