Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers requiring repair services.
Assess customer needs and provide detailed information regarding available repair options.
Schedule repair appointments and manage the daily repair calendar effectively.
Coordinate with repair technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Monitor the status of ongoing repairs and provide regular updates to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to repairs in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repairs completed, and follow-up actions needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service or advisory role, preferably in a repair or maintenance setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Basic knowledge of repair processes and tools used in the industry is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping.

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £24.83
