Summary
Service Care Solutions is working with a leading law firm, based in Birmingham, which is seeking a motivated and skilled Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their dynamic Property team. This role can pay a salary of £35,000 to £45,000 per annum. The salary offered will depend on whether you are qualified and your experience.
Key Responsibilities Of The Conveyancing Fee Earner:
- Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion
- Handling matters including freehold, leasehold, and new build transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals
- Building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring a high level of service
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential conveyancing (at least 2 years' experience)
- Sound knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law
- Excellent communication and client care skills
