Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a long-established law firm in Birmingham looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a residential caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Deal with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm procedures.
Requirements:
- PQE in Residential Conveyancing.
- Ability to manage your own caseload independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
