Summary
Legal Secretary - Conveyancing (Part-Time)
Location: Sheldon, Birmingham Salary: £25,000 Pro RataTime Recruitment is currently seeking a part-time Legal Secretary to join a well-established Conveyancing team based in Sheldon. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a "can-do" attitude and strong organisational and communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with fee earners and must possess a professional telephone manner.
Working Hours:
• 3 days per week
• Monday & Tuesday: 9:00am - 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
• One additional flexible day
• General administrative duties, including:
• Scanning
• Filing
• Archiving
• Handling telephone enquiries
• Supporting fee earners with anti-money laundering checks and file closure processes
• Producing, amending, and formatting documents using firm templates in line with internal standards
Candidate Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Conveyancing Secretary or Conveyancing Assistant is essential
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong client service and communication skills
• Flexible and positive approach to work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Accurate typing skills
• Experience with SOS Connect is desirable but not essential
