Summary

We are looking to recruit a Caretaker to support in the maintenance of The Lemon Tree Family Hub ensuring it's smooth and safe operation for all staff and visitors.
Tasks and responsibilities include maintaining site security, undertaking basic maintenance, cleaning duties, basic building health and safety checks and setting up for meetings and events.
You must have a positive attitude, presentable, able to undertake physical work and have excellent customer service skills.
Previous experience of caretaking, general maintenance, cleaning and dealing with the public face to face would be advantageous.
The role requires you to work 37 hours a week between 08:30 and 17:00.
The ability to be flexible with working hours if required and the ability to work occasionally during weekends/evening would be an advantage.
