Role: Night Healthcare assistant
Salary: £13-15 per hour
Location: SK16, Dukinfield, Manchester
Job Type: Full Time
Shifts on offer*: Monday to Sunday, Days 7am - 7pm, Nights 7pm to 7am
*Shifts Times are set times, but Monday to Sunday flexibility on offer depending on availability
Must be Driver, as there is a mobility vehicle in order to take the Servive User out in the community.
About the Role
Sugarman Health and Wellbeing are looking for a Healthcare Assistant within the Dukinfield area who can support a female service user in her mid 40s who has a Spinal Injury ans requires support with Cathetar, Syringomyelia (Loss of neurological function) and other complex needs. Our Healthcare Assistant roles are considered more of a companionship role by building up key relationships and promoting independence through daily tasks for our service user within their own home and especially within the community, such as going on holiday with them.
You will need to communicate with our services users effectively and appropriately, whilst also giving then the opportunity to communicate their needs as well. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, be ables to follow routines to accomodate our service users clincal needs, but also somone who is willing to go above and beyond.

Requirements for the Role

- A minimum of 6 months of professional UK Care experience.
- Background knowledge and experience within complex care, but not a requirement.
- To provide the correct compliance documents including updated Right to Work and original DBS certificate.
