Summary

The Department of Campus Infrastructure have an exciting opportunity to work as a CAFM Co-ordinator. This role is crucial to the effective maintenance of buildings and equipment at the University of Bath.

Through the CAFM system you will deliver infrastructure support to administrative, business, teaching, research and learning activities across the University buildings, through the monitoring, planning and scheduling of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive workloads.

You will also assist CAFM users to achieve operational service requirements, planning, carrying out and documenting evaluations and tests to ensure stakeholder requirements are met.

We would like to hear from you if you have:
* facilities management-related qualification or equivalent relevant experience
* strong working knowledge of CAFM systems including mobile devices.
* previous experience in a property or facilities management role

The job is full-time, based on the Claverton Down campus but can be undertaken flexibly with a combination of home and campus working.
