Summary
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us in London, E3 3JQ as a full-time Supervisor for a leading Warehousing and Logistics Company.
Job title: On site Supervisor
Pay rate: £14.95 an hour
Shifts: Full time - working predominantly Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00 flexibility required)
Location: London, E3 3JQ
Job Purpose
To lead the successful delivery of workforce management services at a client's site, ensuring alignment with agreed SLAs and KPIs. As a strategic partner, you will enhance worker's attendance, retention, health and safety, and workforce development in support of the client's operational goals. This role requires a commitment to promoting our company mission, vision, and values, while actively contributing to a positive, high-performance environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for agency workers
- Proactively manage absence and attrition metrics
- Run new starter inductions
- Build strong relationship with the client
- Ensure full internal and client process compliance
- Create daily and weekly reports per client request
- Drive continuous improvement into our operation

- Strong attention to detail with great communication skills both verbally and written
- Strong analytic and administrative skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Able to understand and meet client expectations and maintain a high level of service
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Effective people management skills, with basic HR knowledge
- High proficiency in IT (Microsoft Office, databases, and tracking systems)
- Ability to perform without direct supervision
- Flexible with shift days and hours to meet business needs
