Summary

Hours: 36 hours per week, 52 weeks a year
Working Hours: 08:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday with an unpaid break.
Pay scale: Surrey S4/S5/S6 (£24,275 - £31,848). Salary range dependent on experience. Closing Date: Thursday 28th November 2024 9am. Start date: 6th January 2025Due to the retirement of our existing Premises Officer, an opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, confident and motivated individual to join our school. The Premises Officer will provide high quality maintenance of the buildings and site. You will be working with committed staff who put the children at the heart of everything they do. We belong to the Ascension Catholic Academy Trust (ACAT) which consists of five other local catholic schools. You will benefit from premises management support at St Paul's Catholic College, which is part of ACAT. The successful candidate should:Have a key eye for detail, health and safety awareness and knowledge and experience of building maintenance. Be someone who will be as proud of our school as we are and who is willing to work with us to continually improve and develop our site.
