Summary

At the Jawa Group we provide personalised care based on the individual’s needs and go above and beyond to ensure the happiness and comfort of our patrons.

No two days are the same, with lots of fun daily activities that are filled with love and laughter from both team members and our patrons, you will be sure to leave work feeling that you have made a difference in our patron’s lives.
As we already provide a housekeeping service, our care assistants can focus primarily on the care of our residents and building a close relationship with them.

Key Skills and Abilities Required

The candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills. IT knowledge. The Carer must be flexible, willing to learn and listen, maintaining confidentiality and loyalty towards employer always. We also use a care management system called Care Vision, this enables us to record all evidence, and access data easily via the cloud.

The candidate must have the ability to multi-task, generate leadership and to show initiative to new situations. S/he must be able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. The Carer must regularly communicate with the Team leaders and Managers.

Previous experience in the healthcare sector will be advantageous.
