As the Hotel Reception Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable moments for our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of our reception desk.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Night Manager wanting to assist in ensuring all our guests have a wonderful stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel. Located within walking distance to Luton airport terminal, witth excellent public transport.

To ensure the smooth running of the Hotel during the night. To manage and supervise all Night team members including the contractors ensuring Company standards are adhered to in relation to quality guest service and profitability.
To ensure that all Night team members meet Company image standards at all times.
To ensure that every effort is made to establish effective communication within the Night team and with all other Departments in the Hotel.
To hold Night team meetings on a monthly basis.

Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
Strong Communication skills & interpersonal skills
Excellent level of spoken and written English
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Opera experience
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Able to work independently and within a team
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the Front of House Manager
