About this opportunity


The Performance Analytics team is part of the Consumer Lending Chief Operating Office. We are a team of analysts dedicated to providing business insights and management information (MI) to support decision-making and portfolio management.


We help Consumer Lending and the broader business by:

  • Understanding key strategy performance and making recommendations to improve our products (Credit Cards, Loans, Embedded Finance, Homes, Transport).
  • Developing insights across products and channels.
  • Interpreting data to anticipate customer needs.
  • Supporting business strategy teams in understanding customer behaviours and performance.
  • Keeping up with market, competitor, and regulatory changes.
  • Making the most of our data and analytical tools.

What you'll need

  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a desire to collaborate across the organization.
  • Comfortable with numbers, with some experience or education in maths or statistics.
  • Good communicator who can work well with different teams.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Some experience working with data and basic knowledge of analytical tools.
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in all outputs.
