About this opportunity
The Performance Analytics team is part of the Consumer Lending Chief Operating Office. We are a team of analysts dedicated to providing business insights and management information (MI) to support decision-making and portfolio management.
We help Consumer Lending and the broader business by:
- Understanding key strategy performance and making recommendations to improve our products (Credit Cards, Loans, Embedded Finance, Homes, Transport).
- Developing insights across products and channels.
- Interpreting data to anticipate customer needs.
- Supporting business strategy teams in understanding customer behaviours and performance.
- Keeping up with market, competitor, and regulatory changes.
- Making the most of our data and analytical tools.

What you'll need
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a desire to collaborate across the organization.
- Comfortable with numbers, with some experience or education in maths or statistics.
- Good communicator who can work well with different teams.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Some experience working with data and basic knowledge of analytical tools.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in all outputs.
