About the role
Pay Details: Grade 6, SCP 14-19 £27,334 - £29,777

Hours of Work / Working Pattern: Up to 37 hours per week

Main Place of Work: Civic Offices Barry (hybrid working available)

Temporary Reason: To cover a secondment



Description:

To provide support in the promotion, development and delivery of high-quality HR Business Partner support service congruent with the Division’s strategic objectives and the wider Corporate Plan. Working closely with HR Business Partner and managers providing advice and guidance on case work.



About you
You will need:

Evidence of continued learning of HR practice and/or employment law and/or HR Business Partnership
Knowledge of HR operational practices and processes including discipline, capability (in particular performance management and response to minimise sickness absence) , pension, recruitment, employee relations and selection.
Able to evidence HR generalist experience in a public service environment/multi -disciplinary organisation
