Summary
Business Support Officer - Minute Taker (Hybrid) needed in Bristol, £14.23ph PAYE - Reference: 5254805
BSO note taker and business support for services across the Client for statutory, strategic, multi-agency and complex meetings; support to Democratic Services’ full council/e-petitions and Equalities Commissions.
Sometimes distressing information.
Most meetings can be supported online and the post is suitable for a home worker with some occasional meetings may need to be done in person in the Office.
The role provides support for:
- case discussion and provider forums putting vulnerable adults and children at risk
- the Equalities Commissions - Women, RACE and Disability Equalities Groups
- statutory work for Full Council/e petitions
- Mayor’s Office meetings (City Funds & Full Governing Board; History Commission)
- YOT; Safer Bristol; Disabled Children’s Complex Needs Groups; Education Strategy/Capital Boards; Equality and Inclusion Directorate meetings.
- HR investigations; disciplinaries; appeals; grievances
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
