Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door surveys to gather data on community needs and preferences.
Engage with residents to build rapport and ensure accurate data collection.
Compile and analyze survey results to identify patterns and insights.
Collaborate with team members to design effective survey tools and methodologies.
Prepare and present reports summarizing findings to stakeholders.
Foster relationships with local organizations and community leaders for project support.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and survey responses.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social sciences, public policy, or a related field.
Proven experience in data collection and community engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in diverse communities.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software.
Compassionate and respectful approach to interacting with residents.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Hours Per Week: 36.00

End Time: 17:00
