Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Income Maximisation Officer (SO2) to join our team. As an Income Maximisation Officer, you will play a crucial role in maximizing revenue and managing the financial stability of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase income, implementing strategies to secure sustainable funding, and ensuring that our organization's financial targets are met.

As an Income Maximisation Officer, you will work closely with various departments to develop income generation plans, explore new funding opportunities, and build strong relationships with external partners. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing financial data, identifying trends and patterns, and providing recommendations to improve financial performance.

The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong background in finance and income generation. You should have excellent analytical skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a solid understanding of budgeting and financial management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve financial targets.

Responsibilities
Identify and implement income generation opportunities to meet financial targets
Develop and implement effective income generation strategies and plans
Research and identify potential funding sources, including grants, contracts, and fundraising opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, including funders and partner organizations
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and patterns
Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for management
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and guidelines
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
Proven experience in income generation and financial management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in using financial management software and tools
Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and guidelines
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different departments
