Summary


Whipps Cross Hospital is seeking to appoint Band 3 Equipment Technician to work within our busy operating theatres. The role will involve working in our busy Operating Theatres. The working pattern is 4 days at 8am – 18:00. We are looking for compassionate, enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic individuals who are willing to put the patient and their needs at the heart of all they do. In return we can provide you with a supportive environment to work within and an exciting Education and Training Programme.

As a member of a multi-disciplinary Theatre team, you will participate in planning, delivering and evaluating the use of consumable products, you will ensure that stock is replenished and that specialist kit is arranged. Thus contributing to overall effectiveness of

the department. To carry out general duties inside and outside of the Operating Department.

Receiving, sorting and distributing stock and equipment appropriately.
