Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Communications Officer to join our Trust-wide Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Hospice’s ambitious goals by delivering impactful marketing and communications strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Storytelling and Copywriting: Leverage your exceptional writing skills to craft compelling stories that resonate with our audience. You'll create content that captures the essence of our Hospice's work, from heartwarming case studies to engaging interviews.
Content Creation: Develop and execute creative content for both print and digital platforms that elevates our brand across all departments, including Clinical and Income Generation.
Collaborations and Campaigns: Work alongside leading agencies and our award-winning team to position St Barnabas as a key player in the community. Your work will contribute to award nominations, public relations efforts, and major campaigns.
Event Participation: Represent St Barnabas at some of the county's largest events, enhancing our presence and engagement within the community.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in copywriting and storytelling.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to produce creative, engaging content for a variety of platforms.
Passion for making a difference and supporting Hospice care.

Buying and selling of annual leave and lease car schemes are options available to qualifying new employees.
