Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and highly organised HR Advisor in the HR Service Delivery team to support the delivery of an efficient and effective ER service. You will join a busy advisory team who are responsible for providing clear, outcome and business focused (legally compliant) HR advice to line managers and individuals.

Your focus will be to enable excellent people management practice and build the capability of individuals, teams and departments to meet the University’s and the department’s objectives. The role will support designated areas, developing effective working relationships with key stakeholders, whilst working alongside HR Business Partners.

With a proven track record in a fast-paced HR advisory role, you will be adept at multi-tasking and unfazed by the demands of multiple stakeholders. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, together with a positive, professional manner and able to deal tactfully and confidently with people at all levels. Given the nature of this role, excellent attention to detail is critical as is the ability to prioritise work effectively and critical thinking skills.
