Warner Hotels are looking for a People Manager in Reward and Services to join a small team at an exciting time in our journey. Newly re-branded and about to embark on a period of change, as well as the set up and launch of a new HR System, this role will play an integral part in our Hemel based People team.

THE ROLE:
We are looking for someone to design, develop, implement, and manage Reward programmes, policies, and communications, specifically in the specialist areas of benefits, pensions, pay, bonuses, benchmarking, and reward policy and governance. The role will also be responsible for the administrative aspect of the people team, including the upkeep of the HRIS system.
Key Activities:
Manage the review, development, implementation, and operation of benefits, pensions, and reward policies, including pay review and bonus processes.
Support the Head of People with policy reviews and implementation.
Manage relationships with pension and salary survey providers, ensuring efficient processes and employee communications.
Monitor and understand external reward, benefits market, and trends, using best practices and external sources to measure the market position and identify gaps.
Conduct cost, forecast impacts, and budget modelling for pay and benefits-related changes.
Manage benefits contracts and SLAs, including reviews, account management, and budget tracking.
Design, implement, manage, and review reward structures and frameworks to support attraction, retention, and performance.
Manage administrative tasks through the function to support the people team.
Maintain the HRIS system with accurate data for Warner.
What we are looking for:
Ability to analyse, conduct market research, and derive meaningful insights to inform benefits decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges related to benefits and pensions and employee concerns.
Strong analytical skills including attention to detail.
Effectively communicate reward policies to employees, ensuring transparency and understanding and best ways of communicating
Proficiency in interpreting data and information, including contracts and SLAs, related to benefits.
Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) for data analysis, modelling, and reporting.
Strong interpersonal skills, including influencing, adaptability, discretion.
Strong written skills including policy writing, revision, and presentations
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in compensation and benefits, in roles that have focused on pensions, benefits, reward policy as well as previous experience working with complex HR systems.
