The Role:
As HVAC Service Manager you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding and leading the service and maintenance team. This is a rare opportunity for someone with strong HVAC service and maintenance experience to take full ownership of a growing regional office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the HVAC service & Maintenance team.
- Drive growth and development of service and maintenance contracts in the region.
- Provide operational leadership and ensure delivery of high-quality service to clients.
- Manage, mentor, and grow the team of engineers and office support staff.
- Work closely with central departments and use systems like Job Logic to manage workflow efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, service-level agreements, and industry standards.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent service delivery and satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a HVAC service management position.
- Technical knowledge across HVAC systems (AC, refrigeration, ventilation, heating).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Able to work autonomously while being supported by a wider management network.
- Driven to grow a team and help shape a regional office’s future.
- Familiarity with service management systems such as Job Logic is a plus.
