Job Purpose:

The job holder will assist in delivering Bon Accord Care’s external and internal communication strategy, which will continually improve communication processes and practices to build a positive reputation for the company. This will involve communicating internally and externally through our social media channels, website and other platforms.

Requirements

The post holder needs to hold as a minimum:

HND level or equivalent in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
and experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

The post holder is expected to demonstrate:

Working with others - The ability to work collaboratively with others, both internally and externally, as well as successfully build trust and a positive rapport with the wider stakeholder community

Outstanding Communication Skills – The ability to communicate verbally and in written form with a wide range of individuals and bodies, providing clear and consistent information

Critical Thinking - Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems quickly and effectively

Excellent Attention to Detail – Achieve thoroughness and accuracy when completing tasks

Workload Management and Prioritisation – plan a varied workload to meet deadlines and work creatively within processes and standards
