Summary

McGinley are looking for a Cost Manager to join us on a busy project based in London.

This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right staff member. You will begin on a contract basis on £210 a day PAYE and with the opportunity to be taken on in a permanent position at the end of the contract. The permanent position salary is £55k.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cost Manager required for our additional works team
  • must be good with commercial processes, quite competent with Excel (V Lookups), have an inquisitive mind and be good communicators with all stakeholders
  • The successful applicant to be able to manage a team and process, working closely with Ops team to deliver a range of minor works which will include remedial repairs, replacement assets and Capex Project works
  • They will be responsible for whole life process taking jobs from inception all the way to Application and getting paid by the client and providing accurate data in a timely manner to enable internal reporting to specific timescales
  • Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate (c£55k)
